Dr. Rau is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than two decades of experience across outpatient psychiatry, community mental health, telepsychiatry, clinical research, and healthcare leadership. His background spans academic medicine, psychiatric research, community behavioral health programs, and private psychiatric care settings.
As Vice President and Medical Director of Community Care at Array Behavioral Care, Dr. Rau helps guide psychiatric services that expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare. His expertise supports evidence-based treatment, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and coordinated care planning.
This partnership gives Hoyleton clients access to specialized psychiatric oversight while keeping care connected to local behavioral health services, family supports, telepsychiatry, and on-site medication coordination.
