Transitional Living Program For Developmentally Delayed Females

Helping young women learn Life Skills to function on their highest level of independence

The developmentally delayed program for females is a developmentally focused program that teaches life skills to the youth living in the facility.

About the Curriculum

The developmentally delayed program for females is a residential based program that provides education about life skills such as: cooking, cleaning, money management, hygiene, self-care, social skills, and so much more.

The age requirement is 17.5 – 21 years of age.

The goal for each female is to learn these life skills to function on their highest level of independence individually and to eventually leave ready to function in a CILA, group home, or their own place.

Services Offered:

  • Educational Services (High School, GED, Trade School, College/University, and Alternative School)
  • Translation and Interpretation services for Spanish speaking youth and families
  • Leadership Training/Advisory Boards
  • Volunteer Opportunities
