Evidence-based interventions are approaches that have been heavily researched and shown to be effective. Understanding the impact of trauma and shifting our mindset to view families through a trauma-informed lens creates a more compassionate and effective approach.
Hoyleton EBI services are available to:

Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an intervention focused on helping youth ages 6-18, with caregiver support, overcome the impact of traumatic events. This intervention helps youth and family members with triggers and trauma responses while promoting a safe home environment. Sessions support parents in understanding trauma and promotes training on personal safety and ongoing growth.
Nurturing Parent Program (NPP)
Nurturing Parent Program (NPP) helps families develop alternative strategies to harsh disciplinary practices. NPP increase parents’ knowledge of age-appropriate expectation and reduces the risk of abuse or neglect. NPP supports families with children 0-19 years old to increase parents’ sense of self-worth, personal empowerment, empathy, bonding and attachment with their children.
