Kaitlin is one of the Clinical Supervisors. she supervises therapists in the Evidence-Based Intervention programs which include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Nurturing Parenting Program and Child Parent Psychotherapy. Kaitlin also supervises therapists in the Southern Illinois Violence Prevention Program and DCFS counseling contract. Kaitlin has six years of professional experience including working with children, teens, adults and families experiencing trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety and behavioral concerns.

Federico Parola is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with three years of professional experience. He works with children, families and couples utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and believes in the importance of helping an individual by acknowledging and addressing problems within the family structure.
Federico graduated from St. Louis University with a master’s degree in Medical Marriage and Family Therapy. He enjoys playing volleyball, soccer and biking. Federico loves spending time with family and friends while barbecuing.
Margaret Samson is one of the Parent Educators. She has a variety of experience to include working with children and working with the public sector. She plans to bring these talents to her current position. Margaret is excited to be a part of the Counseling CARE team and is enthusiastic about her new journey.
Margaret has her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Education from Dominican University. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son, friends and family. Margaret loves to try out new recipes, being outside, is a DIY crafter and a yoga enthusiast.

Schuyler Czech works as a Recovery Support Specialist for the HALO program. Schuyler enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families. Her treatment approach includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Schuyler graduated from SIUE with her master's degree in Social Work. Schuyler loves to travel, stay active, and spend time with family and friends.
I received my BA in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018. I received my MS in Childhood and Developmental Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. I am currently working on a Ph.D. in Psychology at Northcentral University. A fun fact about me is that I have a 9-year-old daughter, a dog named Mario, and a cat named Sky.

Wyndi Allen-Todd specializes in working with individuals who have experienced abuse and other traumatic events. Her experience ranges from working with clients in the community, incarcerated, and homeless with severe mental health and substance use diagnoses, at risk children and families, victims of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, and nonprofit community mental health. Her work with individuals from a wide range of experiences has given her a unique perspective when providing counseling.
Wyndi attended Liberty University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in in Human Service Counseling with cognate in Marriage and Family. Wyndi also obtained an associate of science degree in Criminal Justice. She is a member of the American Association for Christian Counselors (AACC) and certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator.

Sara Wray is a Clinical Therapist here at Hoyleton. She currently has two years of experience in her field. Sara attended Walden University where she received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys home improvement projects and outdoor activities such as camping and fishing.
Season Reiler is a Clinical Therapist here at Hoyleton. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a MA in Psychology. Her speciality is children and adolescents with previous trauma.
Season is currently married with two little boys and she enjoys hiking and kayaking on the weekends.

Chyniece has three years of experience in the field of community mental health and has worked in several different communities addressing and assisting the needs of families and individuals with underlying mental illnesses.
