Wraparound Program

Wraparound serves individuals and families with open Illinois Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) cases in Madison and St. Clair County
High Fidelity Wraparound provides a comprehensive and holistic method of supporting individuals, within the child welfare system, who are experiencing complex behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges. This program employs a family centered, trauma informed, strengths based process that brings together the youth, their family, their Case Worker, as well as other service providers that the family identifies.
