We recognize each child, family and situation is different so we adhere to a comprehensive principle-based care model that provides a framework to keep relationships at the center and guide everything we do.
Hoyleton is an all-inclusive social-services agency. We are committed to an organizational culture that honors and values the dignity of all life and lived experiences.
The Bilingual Community Programs Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the Puentes de Esperanza program advocates. Interviews, selects, and supervises bilingual advocates providing program services. Monitors compliance with requirements of programmatic components. Provides advocacy and support services to Spanish-speaking individuals and families. Represents the agency at community events and meetings and provides direct client services as needed.
As a Mental Health Therapist, you assist in providing mental health services and advocacy for families both within and outside of the agency. Using evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic approaches, you provide individual and group therapy to children, adults, couples, and families in an office or community setting. You complete bio-psycho-social assessments and develop treatment goals with the client and their guardian. As needed, you participate in clinical case staffing and provide crisis intervention.
As a Foster Care Case Manager, you work to facilitate the return home of children to their biological parents. And, when that is not possible, you help find forever families for them through adoption or guardianship. You visit regularly with children in the foster home and with their biological parents, working hard to remedy any barriers to returning home. As needed, you arrange for the transportation of foster children to meetings and appointments. You work with foster care clients, their families, foster parents, and adoptive parents.
