The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for oversight of services provided by the Wraparound Program, including the selection, training, and supervision of the Wraparound Service Coordinator. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the full success of the services which they supervise. Focus on consultation with program staff, and clients as needed concerning program services. Assures compliance with DCFS Program Manual and all regulations under which the services and agency are provided. As a member of the Leadership Team the Supervisor assists with the development of the program budget, organizational policy, and other administrative initiatives.
Responsibilities include case planning and coordination of care for youth in the Therapeutic Foster Care Program. The Case Manager is responsible for facilitating Child and Family Team meetings to develop service and permanency plans that set high expectations for team members, including youth, with high levels of support by the team, for youth to achieve their goals. Practices in accordance with TCI and CARE practice model principles.
In this position you will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and subject matter expert while managing employee relations on behalf of the company. A successful Employee Relations and Compliance Consultant is able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships, has a solid HR acumen, and ensures effective execution of HR programs and initiatives, including compliance with EEOC, anti-discrimination laws, pay transparency, Risk management, DE&I, regulations, guidelines, and agency policies & procedures.
