Mobile Crisis Response Services
Available 24/7 in St. Clair County
Hoyleton’s Mobile Crisis Services are available 24/7. These services are free of charge to anyone in St. Clair County. Crises can consist of anything that feels overwhelming and out of control. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. We believe recovery is possible. Our team offers emotional support and crisis intervention to any person who might be struggling. We can meet you in your home or in the community and we work with you to develop strategies to reduce recurrent crises. We can offer support in addressing drug and alcohol use and put you in touch with peer specialists who can relate to your experience. Our crisis team can collaborate with emergency responders and assist in connecting to higher levels of care as needed.

Follow Up Services We Provide
- Emotional Support After Crisis Event
- Review effectiveness of safety plan and update if needed
- Connect with medication management provider (if individual does not have one)
- Ensure individual has a medication appointment
- Confirm individual has transportation to medication and/or therapy appointment
- Review any barriers obtaining medication or attending services (i.e cost, transportation)
- Identify and linkage to additional needs (i.e. therapist, 12 step program info, food pantry, housing, assist with enrolling in Medicaid, transportation, support groups, legal)
- Provide Warm Line Phone Number and Suicide Hotline
- Learning coping skills
- Family Education and supports
- Peer support
